Returns & Exchanges Policy for Reflect Defense Window Film

General In-Stock Goods: Reflect Defense Window Film respects the consumer's right to return new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery, in compliance with Idaho's consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to refuse returns of products received in a damaged or unacceptable condition, notifying the customer and declining the return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, we will cover all shipping expenses. For returns not resulting from our error, a 25% restocking fee will apply, which may be waived for exchanges of equal or greater value. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, obtainable through our online process, is required for all returns or exchanges. Items returned without a valid RMA, or beyond the 14-day validity period, may be rejected.

Please send returns to the specific warehouse address provided on the RMA form. Incorrectly addressed returns may incur additional costs.

If an item is returned damaged due to improper packaging by the customer or during transit, we will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue. Acceptable returns will be credited, and in cases where card refunds are not feasible, a check will be mailed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Custom and Special Order Items: Customized or special order products, made to your specifications, are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, reflecting the unique nature of these orders.

Service Excellence: We aim for prompt processing of refunds. For any delays, contact us directly rather than initiating charge-backs, which can complicate the process. Our customer service team is ready to assist with any questions.

  • Additional shipping fees apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
  • GDPR Compliance: We are committed to responsibly managing personal data in line with GDPR, ensuring the privacy of our EU customers.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If there's a delay in your refund, check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us at sales@reflectdefense.com.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded under our policy.
